Beth brings extensive experience in animal welfare, nonprofit program development, and advocacy. With a background in humane education, they have worked to align organizational practices with compassionate values by leading initiatives that promote plant-based menu policies in animal rescue spaces and helping companies implement policies to end experiments on animals. Their work focuses on developing effective programs, helping implement policies, strengthening organizational operations, and fostering community engagement to create sustainable change. Beth holds a B.S. in Animal Sciences from Purdue University and a Master’s in Humane Education from the Institute for Humane Education. They approach food system transformation through a lens of equity and inclusion, advocating for a more just and compassionate world.
